New Forest Shortbread are sealed in recyclable bags and biodegradable boxes, on the day they are baked. The boxes are covered in images of the New Forest and have stories about the forest on tear off to keep cards. Keep in a cool dry place. Can be refrigerated. Once opened, consume within two days and then buy more! This shortbread may vary in size and colour.

Allergy Advice: May contain traces of Soya. For allergens, see ingredients in bold. No preservatives. Suitable for vegetarians.

The cottage was built in 1811 as a woodman’s cottage and remains New Forest Shortbread's head office today.

Shortbread Biscuit Gifts

Inspired and created around the beauty of the New Forest, by 2019 Tracy had set about redesigning her packaging with 'tear-off and keep cards' and commissioned local artist Will Drew to illustrate the flora and fauna that visitors might see during their stay in the area.

Will's beautiful illustrations, along with the notes, give visitors and locals information about this very special forest.
