You will receive 1 x Box of New Forest Shortbread once a month until you cancel. Each box contains 8 pieces of shortbread biscuit.
When you purchase a monthly shortbread subscription from us, we will send you a box of New Forest Shortbread to your door, every month.
If you select our Original Shortbread subscription, you will receive 1 x Box of 8 Original Shortbread every month.
If you select our flavoured shortbread subscription, we will select a different flavour every month, at random, to suprise and delight you! You will receive 1 x Box of 8 Flavoured Shortbread every month.
No problem at all! On the monthly subscription product page, simply increase the quantity up to the number of boxes you need each month, then click the add to cart button.
The default quantity is set at 1 box per month.
There is no limit to the number of boxes you can have on a monthly subscription.
Your monthly subscription starts on the date you checkout and pay for your first order.
Our monthly shortbread subscriptions work on the basis of "good until cancelled" - which means they will continue to auto-renew every month, until you let us know you'd like to cancel.
You can let us know you wish to cancel your monthly subscription at any time, simply by logging into your customer account on our website and cancelling the subscription there, or by emailing us directly and we can do it for you.
Your order confirmation email will also have links to your order, to make it easier for you to manage your subscription from there if you prefer.
Yes. Your monthly subsciption will automatically renew on the same date every month. Your payment will be taken on that date and your shortbread dispatched to the address of your choice.
Delivery costs are not included and will need to be paid for separately in addition to the cost of the shortbread.
Standard delivery is £6.
We dispatch your order on the next working day after your renewal date, provided that payment has been successful. All orders are sent on a 48 hours service.
Yes! We believe subscriptions should always be flexible and within your complete control.
You can cancel anytime by logging into your customer account on the New Forest Shortbread website. Or you can contact us directly and we can cancel it for you no problem at all.
