Shipping Information & Processing Times

All orders are sent on a 48 hours service. If you have not received your order within 48 hours of receiving the notification that your order has been dispatched please let us know.

Order times: Normally we turn around orders very quickly. We will always get an order to you as quickly as possible and will send you an email to let you know when it has been dispatched. If you are in a rush for an order please let us know and we will do our utmost to process it as quick as we can.

International orders: Unfortunately our website is not currently able to process orders to a shipping address outside of UK Mainland, Australia and North America. If you would like to place an order for an address in another part of the world, please email enquiries@newforestshortbread.co.uk and we will provide you with a shipping quote and total cost for your order.
