Inspired by Tracy’s Nana Florrie’s much-loved seed cake, this limited edition shortbread brings a gentle taste of tradition to every bite and is here to help celebrate Tracy's special birthday month.

Delicately flavoured with caraway seeds, it’s rich, buttery and perfectly crumbly, with a subtle warmth and a light, aromatic crunch from the whole seeds. The flavour is beautifully balanced, comforting, slightly spiced, and never too sweet.

Baked with the finest ingredients and a light hand, this is a quietly distinctive shortbread, made to be savoured and shared with 8 pieces in each box. A gentle, aromatic twist on traditional shortbread, ideal for those who enjoy something a little less ordinary.

Inspired and created around the beauty of the New Forest, by 2019 Tracy had set about redesigning her packaging with 'tear-off and keep cards' and commissioned local artist Will Drew to illustrate the flora and fauna that visitors might see during their stay in the area.

Will's beautiful illustrations, along with the notes, give visitors and locals information about this very special forest.
