New Forest Shortbread are sealed in recyclable bags and biodegradable boxes on the day they are baked. The boxes feature images of the New Forest and include tear-off keepsake cards with stories about the forest. Keep in a cool dry place or refrigerate. Once opened, consume within two days. This shortbread may vary in size and colour because it is handmade.

Shortbread Biscuit Gifts

Inspired and created around the beauty of the New Forest, by 2019 Tracy had set about redesigning her packaging with 'tear-off and keep cards' and commissioned local artist Will Drew to illustrate the flora and fauna that visitors might see during their stay in the area.

Will's beautiful illustrations, along with the notes, give visitors and locals information about this very special forest.
