The 'Keepers Vehicle ' illustrated here by our friend and local Artist Shaun Stevens. Keepers are employed by Forestry England, specialising in the management of wildlife to protect the trees from predation by Deer and work to maintain an environment required for nature to thrive.
From our first batch of all butter shortbread over 50 years ago, our skilled artisans continue to create by hand every day.
The secret is in timing and temperatures. Our baking team watch with careful attention until just right 👀
