Tracy has been making shortbread for over 50 years but New Forest Shortbread launched as a brand in 2015. It all started at Tracy's kitchen table making Original All Butter shortbread dough. Now we have a variety of flavoured shortbread and a bakery at Burley Rails Cottage.
