Cardamon brings a beautifully warming yet refreshing flavour to Tracy’s traditional all-butter shortbread, creating something both comforting and a little unexpected. Delicately aromatic with gentle citrus and spice notes, it pairs perfectly with the rich buttery crumb and soft snap that make our shortbread so distinctive.

Handmade in small batches using honest ingredients and traditional methods, this limited edition flavour (8 pieces in a box) has a homemade appearance, an even golden bake and a rich buttery finish with subtle dairy aromas throughout.

A wonderfully balanced twist on tradition and a perfect accompaniment to tea or coffee.

Inspired and created around the beauty of the New Forest, by 2019 Tracy had set about redesigning her packaging with 'tear-off and keep cards' and commissioned local artist Will Drew to illustrate the flora and fauna that visitors might see during their stay in the area.

Will's beautiful illustrations, along with the notes, give visitors and locals information about this very special forest.
