British Driving Society

The British Driving Society was formed in 1957 and is the National organisation for a range of carriage driving activities. The aim of the Society is to support and encourage people interested in carriage driving. The BDS has branches for Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland and a network of Area Commissioners and assistants covering the whole of the UK.

Training, competitions and social events are run in each locality throughout the year and with a network of coaches and instructors, the society can offer support and encouragement to safely enjoy carriage driving whatever you aspire to.
