Earl Grey flavoured New Forest Shortbread

Earl Grey flavoured New Forest Shortbread won a 1-star recognition in last year's Great Taste Awards, The Guild of Fine Food judged, "these shortbreads look appealing and are evenly formed. On the nose, the bergamot and tea flavour are apparent. We like the flavour of the bergamot on the palate, and the tea balances the sweetness of the biscuit. We also enjoyed the buttery texture."
