Tracy has teamed up with the New Forest Tea Company - a lovely family run business that ethically source premium tea to craft this flavourful recipe. The sweetness of these shortbread is perfect and allows the aromatics to sing!
Winning 1-star recognition in this year's Great Taste Awards, The Guild of Fine Food judged, "these shortbreads look appealing and are evenly formed. On the nose, the bergamot and tea flavour are apparent. We like the flavour of the bergamot on the palate, and the tea balances the sweetness of the biscuit. We also enjoyed the buttery texture."
Each batch is lovingly crafted and sealed in recyclable bags and biodegradable boxes. Every box is adorned with images of the stunning New Forest and feature stories on the tear-off cards. Give a box as a doorstep gift, wedding favour, hamper filler or thank you gesture. This shortbread is a wholesome treat! Store in a cool, dry place and consume within two days of opening.
